We Are All Related

We are all related (and now it’s scientifically proven). Moreover, we all have atoms of geniuses in us. So don’t you ever think again that there is something you can’t/unable/weren’t born to do. Because you can! And it’s only your choice if you will.

#happiness Do you know what men need to live a happy life? George E. Vaillant does. After The seventy-five years and twenty million dollars expended on the Grant Study directed by George E. Vaillant at Harvard, some light was shed on what makes a happy man.

The study discoveries are bountiful, but one of the most significant finding is that “Alcoholism is a disorder of great destructive power.” He also found that happy childhood memories and ‘warm relationships’ with their wives influenced how successful men were in professional and personal life. But the #1 most important finding from the study is, as Vaillant puts it himself: “The seventy-five years and twenty million dollars expended on the Grant Study points to a straightforward five-word conclusion: Happiness is love. Full stop.” http://ift.tt/1xtfA5f

Everything we encounter is there for a reason. If we are good students, we learn the lesson the first time it comes around or best, even before it is given. http://ift.tt/1xjWDlq

The surprising science of happiness

#happines So do you like to be given an option? I bet you do, cause that’s how we behave. However, such behavior actually makes us feel more miserable in the long run because we start overthinking our decisions and overrating future possibilities. In reality, we synthesize happiness, but we think happiness is a thing to be found. Tune in to learn why being trapped and stuck can actually make you happy.

7 Things “Star Wars” Taught Me About Productivity

#ldtci “Supposedly it takes 10,000 hours to master something. Unfortunately, most people spend 10,000 hours trying to be a jerk to others. If all you do is put in your 10,000 with small kindnesses, then the universe will return that many times over.” And what movie has impacted you the most?

#love I guess it was inevitable at some point, but still… Did you know that love is officially recognized as a mental illness by the World Health Organization? Yep, you read it right.

Th feeling we live (and sometimes die) for stands in line with alcoholism and drug addiction and is assigned the international code F63.9 with a dry title “disorder, unspecified habits and desire.” Symptoms include: headaches, mood swings, insomnia, rash and impulsive acts, intrusive thoughts about object of love, pity for his own person, and even drops in blood pressure. So if you are in love, I congratulate you on being sick and suggest you seek treatment, which is… to love more!

I say… Let’s spread the disease! \u003C3 http://ift.tt/1uaqJLK
